Consta Build, LLC was founded in Houston, Texas in 2023 by Claudia and Jack Aguirre. Together, they bring more than 70 years of combined expertise in heavy civil construction, offering a wealth of knowledge and proven experience to projects across the state of Texas. The company’s operations are further strengthened through the steadfast backing of respected financial institutions, ensuring both stability and capacity to deliver on complex initiatives.
